Fundamentals Of Occupational Safety and Health.
Although this is a required course for anyone recently assigned a workplace safety leadership role, it can also serve as a “refresher course” for seasoned safety leaders. Each participant acquires the knowledge and skills needed to effectively lead a safety program regardless of its scope, focus, size or industry type. Workshop sessions include safety and health systems and organizational structure: work processes and practices; and relationship building practices to better understand employee needs. At the conclusion of these workshop session, each student develops a complete safety program for a company. They are also the recipients of course materials and a certificate of completion.
